Track Your Order

Every order gets a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse. That email is the fastest way to find your parcel.

Find your tracking number

1. Search your inbox for an email from us with shipping confirmation in the subject.
2. Check your spam and promotions folders — that is where it usually hides.
3. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy the number into the carrier's own site. We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx.

Allow up to 24 hours after you receive the email for tracking to start updating. A number that shows nothing yet is normal on day one.

What the timings should look like

• Processing — 1 to 2 business days from when you order.
• Delivery — a further 5 to 7 business days.

So most orders land within 6 to 9 business days of being placed. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday start processing the next business day.

If something looks wrong

Get in touch if any of these apply:

• Tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days.
• It has been more than 9 business days and nothing has arrived.
• Your parcel arrived damaged, or the wrong item is inside.
• You entered the wrong shipping address and the order has not shipped yet.

Email info@tattoonumbingcream.co with your order number and we will chase it down. If you have an account with us, your orders are also listed under your account.

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control — weather and carrier backlogs can add days. We will still help you find it.
